This multi-color silicone heat transfer process is mainly applied to the garment auxiliary materials, luggage and gift industries, including garment labels, luggage labels, bag labels, gift labels, shoe labels and so on. The full production line process: first mix silicone materials with a mixer or by hand, then degas via a vacuum machine for material preparation, then dispense materials with a dispensing machine into the production mold, and cure in an oven, then transfer to a vulcanizing press for hot-press molding, finally cool the molds rapidly on a freezing table for cyclic production. The 4 core machines are dispensing machine, oven, hydraulic press (vulcanizer) and freezing table. One person can operate the whole line, matching multiple molds for cyclic operation to mass-produce various multi-color silicone labels efficiently.
