Why does the valves of your dispensing machine keep clogging or leaking?

After a dispensing valve becomes clogged, first turn off the air supply and glue pressure, then disassemble the needle, valve body, plunger, sealing ring and other fluid path parts in sequence. Soak them in a suitable cleaning agent according to the glue type, use a special needle to clear the passages, and assist with ultrasonic cleaning and air gun purging. After cleaning, inspect and replace worn sealing rings, then reassemble in the original order. Needles can be removed separately, heated to soften cured glue, then cleared, rinsed and dried before reuse.

For daily clog prevention, empty the glue and flush the fluid path promptly after each shutdown. For long downtime, be sure to remove, clean and soak the needles. Filter the glue to remove impurities before use, perform regular deep disassembly and maintenance on the valve body, and replace seals in a timely manner. This reduces glue curing and impurity buildup at the source and avoids frequent valve clogging.
