1.PVC Resin Molding Process Material Preparation
Raw material mixing for PVC patches & figurines: Blend PVC paste resin (polyvinyl Chloride) with DOP (dioctyl phthalate), heat stabilizer, anti-yellowing and abrasion-resistant additives and color paste/powder. Mix thoroughly, vacuum defoam, then pump into dispenser tank.
2. LSR (Liquid silicone) Molding Material Preparation
For drop casting/molding production, LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) is adopted. LSR A/B base compound, silicone thinner, silicone pigment paste and platinum curing agent are proportioned, mixed uniformly at low speed and vacuum defoamed to get bubble-free compound for subsequent dispensing and drop molding.
3. HTV (Solid silicone) Molding Material Preparation
HTV / HCR (High Temperature Vulcanized Rubber, VMQ raw gum) is used for compression molding. Raw gum is blended with fumed silica, color masterbatch and structure control agent via open mill mixing. Peroxide curing agent is added at low temperature for refining, sheeting and seasoning; cut rubber blanks are ready for high-temperature compression vulcanization in molds.
